Sitting Meditation, Qigong, and Haiku: A Trifecta of Mind-Body-Spirit Unity

Through sitting meditation, we learn to enter more fully the robustness of each present moment. Through Qigong, we bring the meditative mind more fully into bodily experience, stimulating and solidifying essential aspects of physical health and well-being through easy, relaxing forms of gentle movement. Through Haiku, our experience of the present moment in the full array of everyday activities and events is given simple, cogent. and deeply satisfying expression. This four-session workshop explores fully each of these these three time-honored practices and their immense effects upon our many dimensions of health and stress hardiness, and provide an integrated, personalized package in which, together, they can help us to realize a truly amazing degree of Mind-Body-Spirit Unity, and of fun.
